We want you to love your Elieli Glass purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items.

Starting a return

To request a return, email info@elieliglass.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions before you send anything back.

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or accidents may not be eligible. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
